You don't say how long you've had the plant - they often don't flower for the first couple of years. That said, you don't give any info about its growing situation -in fact, come to think of it, you've given no info at all except for the plant name and the problem. In a pot or the ground, in sun or shade, hardy or non hardy agapanthus, watered appropriately or not, fed or not?
