Very likely to be that species though Picea orientalis has very short needles. Could just be a variant of P. abies as said above which is very likely as their are many.

thanks will have a look at google images to see if I can find which picea it is.

just added a pic of the needles, this piece is 3 cms, the largest on the whole tree is 4 cms. they are quite hard and very light green.

Neither a Fir nor a Pine but a Spruce, very probably Picea abies, the Norway Spruce.
