Hi I have grown some potatoes in tyres the foliage has grown very big and fallen over my question is where do I water on what's left of foliage or in the soil, please help as I don't want to loose what I have Thanks very much JIM

Hi Jim, use your fingers to dig around the base of a plant to find out how big the spuds are. If you think they are big enough .................
