I grew some cups and saucers from seed this year, while the foilage looks wonderful and healthy alas there is no sign of any buds. Is this usual?

They need to be started early (Feb) and grown on as much as possible in a greenhouse to get them to a good stage of development where they will flower. Liquid feed with tomato food to help them produce buds.
