Hi, welcome to GoY, if the vine is growing in a container, you can plant it out any time the ground isn't frozen or waterlogged, provided it hasn't been growing in a warm greenhouse, if it has, you will need to harden it off before planting, or you could keep it somewhere frost free, and plant out later in the year, but if it's been grown outdoors, then anytime, they're fully hardy, Derek.
