is this an exam question? if it is can you be more specific, whilst I don't mind helping academia I'd like to know at what level of qualification I'm dealing with.
if it isn't an exam question we still need to know what tree, how old, from pot to ground, ground to ground, soil type, space allocated, bare root etc. is it on a grafted root stock etc
it is really important to give you the best advice we can.
welcome to GoY too.

OH WOW! Have to know a few important things to get an answer for that, such as.....name of tree; age of tree; height of tree; width of tree, location of tree; things ( living and structures) near the tree; things that could be under the tree such as water pipes , sewer pipes, gas pipes, electrical and telecommunication cables; growing conditions, both sun and soil, around the tree etc; then have to know most about what I just mentioned for the new location for the tree. Then, based upon that will be determined the tools and materials needed to do the job which could range from a spade and shovel, a pickaxe, some twine, burlap and a few strong arms for moving; to a backhoe and crane and highly trained workers which brings one to cost estimates for the job. You see, at the present time, you know most of these important things but the GOY members in the know about transplanting trees don't. As far as myself, I could not give you an answer for your question since I have never transplanted a tree in my whole life:(
