Hello, could you please identify this plant - it has recently flowered?

Hi, it looks as though it could be Dracaena fragrans, but they don't usually flower until they mature, Derek.

Agree with Derekm's answer; that plant is definitely Dracaena fragrans and for whatever reason, it has decided to flower, lucky you - should be fragrant.
