Not yet, but you can chit them. This means standing them in a tray or in egg boxers. If you can see any little buds on them put that end uppermost. Then put the trays in a cool light but not sunny place for a few weeks. The shoots will begin to grow. You can plant them when the shoots are about an inch long. Casablanca is a good choice - as nice as lady Crystle but doesn't seem to attract the slugs as much.
