On my pepper plant I have noticed around 8 to 10 very small insects that look white in colour, should I be worried, My peppers seem healthy???

You don't mean whitefly? Remove them as MG says but it may be there are still whitefly nymphs, tiny flat disk like creatures, stuck to the underside of the leaves, from which the next whitefly will emerge.
If you are unlucky enough to have continuing problems, hang one of the sticky yellow traps just above the plant and brush the leaves each time you pass which will make them fly up onto the trap and keep them under control.

If there are so few of them simply remove them by hand.
