No, only the males. If you remove the females, you won't get any fruit.
Unlike other Curcurbits (Marrows, Squashes, Pumpkins and Melons) Cucumbers self set without pollination, indeed removal of male flowers is preferable as fertilised fruits are more bitter tasting.
All other Curcurbits need pollinating though.
