A Heucherella is a hybrid between a Heuchera and the very closely related Tiarella. There is little difference between them, though Heucherallas generally have taller and more showy flower stems plus more divided leaves, both of which characters they get from their Tiarella parents. Although there are obviously many different varieties of each, in the garden they can be grown and used in exactly the same way.
Heuchera, incidentally, is pronounced HOY-ker-uh, which not many people seem to know!
