The first I agree Spirea, the second might be Verbena bonariensi? Welcome from me too.

Third one - I've just planted some like it and they were described by the car boot sale seller as "Aster".
Second one doesn't seem leggy enough for Verbena bonariensis

Second one looks like Veronica spicata. Agree with first, probably S. arguta. The third looks like a Campanula rather than an Aster. If it is an Aster then maybe A. divaricatus or similar species of which there are one or two. Still looks a little "fleshy" for aster so will still plump with Campanula.

ps can't be sure but in your pictures they appear to have white rhizomes of a grass looping over the surface? If this is Couch grass/Twitch/Wicken (Agropyron), you really need to remove it.

Fractal, Where do you see Couch Grass and what is it. I mean which pic? I guess the grass in the bottom 2 pix is the grass that i took out and after getting dried looks like this.

top looks like Spirea but without flowers difficult to pinpoint and guess 'Bridal wreath' if there are long branches of small flowers
