Peony needs help

I have a ton of Peony and none of them have bloomed yet. They are about 3-4 yrs old. Can anyone tell me why they havent bloomed yet?

Peonies tend to take 3 - 4 years to bloom. You may also have planted too deeply they should be planted with the top eyes of the crown no more than 2 inches deep. They like pretty much full sun and wont flower in a shady spot. They are gross feeders and need a lot of nourishment you wont get flowers if your soil is poor and thin, apply a good layer on mulch or compost around them. Finally they hate having wet roots.
