I have tulip and daffodil bulbs in pots, I would like to keep the bulbs but not necessarily in the same pots, how do I look after the bulbs until its time to re-plant?

Leave them until the foliage has died down naturally (don't cut the leaves down or tie them up). Give weak feeds of general fertiliser when they finish flowering - this will help the bulbs to build up their strength again.
And repot in late summer/autumn (when spring flowering bulbs come back on sale)
Some people recommend lifting tulips over winter - this used to be necessary to prevent tulip fire but modern bulbs are more resistant.
