I HAVE 2 RED ROBIN STANDARD TREES, BOTH PLANTED AT THE SAME TIME IN SEPERATE BORDERS BUT CLOSE TO EACH OTHER 1 IS REALLY BUSHY WHILST THE OTHER ONE SEEMS TO BE STRUGGLING ,THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE WEAKER OF THE TWO. HOW CAN I HELP IT TO IMPROVE

It would be really useful if you attached a photograph or two of the plants, in particular, the one that's not growing well.
Otherwise, when you say this has 'always been the weaker of the two' are you saying it was noticeably 'weaker' than the other one when you bought it?
Have you inspected the plant thoroughly, including the main stem, branches and backs of leaves for signs of any infestation or disease? Does the one plant get more sun than the other, is the soil different in any way between the two beds?
