Evening all! My Tete a Tete baby daffs' flowers are all brittle and crispy. Should I snip the flowers off or leave them to fall off completely? I know the leaves should stay until they wither away but I'd like to make them look a bit tidier.

You can remove the flowers otherwise they may set seed which will take energy from the bulb.

Yes of course you can deadhead them to tidy them up.
