do you know what this tree is called ? thanks : ) Also, it was sprayed with weed killer last week, I have sprayed with with fresh water many times but the leaves and flowers are yellowing, how likely is it to survive ?

How soon after weedkiller did you wash it? If it was immediately you may have got away with it. if it was hours maybe not!
difficult to say as it depends on how much of the camellia was sprayed.

Your plant is a camelia, and as the flowers go over, they often lose some leaves, so maybe no damage done.
