Good evening all, I have forgotten what this plant is, last year it was fine and looked great but look at it now it has black spot everywhere, I have sprayed it but it doesn't seem to have helped at all. Any advice welcomed

As its only relatively young you might be best digging it up and planting something else, especially as the border looks quite narrow and these can make quite big shrubs.

It looks like our old friend, escallonia which is suffering all the problems; leaf spot and yellowing of the leaves. If you go back a week or so you will see many comments concerning this shrub.
