Hi everyone, haven't been on the site for a while. Great weather lately giving us all a chance to get in the garden, isn't it lovely to be outside and getting some work done. Just love this time of year, the fresh optimism that this year the garden will be perfect. I heard recently ( I think it was a gardening programme) that "garden" comes from the Turkish word for paradise, or maybe the other way around. Whatever, how apt. Anyway my question (eventually!) is, my dahlia tubers seem to be taking ages to sprout, anyone else experiencing the same?
