Hello -- I have an agapantha plant in a pot -- in fact I think there are several plants in the pot which is pot bound -- last year it only had one flower on it -- the pot is very large and I think I would struggle to re-pot it (think I have a wrong spelling -- please excuse) -- what do you think friends ?? -- thank you

I keep my Agapanthus in the one congested pot. Just scraping off the top compost and adding some fresh in February. Had 32 heads last year.
What are you feeding them?
I use tomato feed when the leaves reach around 4 / 5 inches high.

Thank you for your replies re my agapantha plant -- cannot put it in the ground as I dont have borders -- just a big lawn as I am surrounded by fields-- so I will do as Sophiemears has suggested and hopefully will get more flowers -- Winifrede

Hi Winifrede, I had two in pots so I eventually put them in the ground. I live in Scotland and they are flowering happily.
