Hi
Can you help me?
We have a problemm with tiny black beetle infestation.
Small insects black in colour on flowers of roses and other bright coloured plants.
Have sprayed with sulphur based rose insecticide but with little success
Can you advise please?

Hi Jan,

These are pollen beetles. They appear to be very prolific this year. They are quite harmless to your flowers, the adult beetles simply feed on flower pollen and are amongst important pollinators of many summer flowers. So in short, don't spray them!
