I had the top one in my first garden (isn't the proper name alchemilla or something) it is a nightmare to get rid of! if you dig it out, you'll find tiny bits come back year after year, pain in the neck :)

Yes the Latin name for the top one is Alchemilla, we let it run riot near the pond but keep it strictly under control elsewhere.

Hi Lucieffe and welcome to GoY your top photo is Ladies Mantle, a pretty cottage garden perennial (in other words it will grow every year), the pink flower in the second photo is a Willow Herb and needs to be removed before it seeds - it is a weed, the bottom photo is one of the hardy cranesbill geraniums.
