That looks like a very unhappy Photinia to me,possibly 'Red Robin'? It needs to be taken out of that pot,and replanted with some decent compost,in the ground,and kept well watered ..If it is a Photinia,they are more of a tree,so it needs room to grow..To be honest Bannako,I think it might be past recovery,but you could try...

Agree, likely a Photinia - the fact its still alive and trying to grow is testament to the persistence and resilience of life. I'm sure if you got it out of that pot and either into a pot twice the size with good potting compost, or into the ground, cut back to about 8 inches, keep it watered, it'll recover and look like a plant rather than a shadow of itself desperately clinging onto life...
