I think you must mean NPK which is Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. Most general fertilisers contain these, such as 'Growmore', but most contain various amounts, including organic fertilisers. You can see the percentages on the packet.
In general, you use fertilisers with lots of nitrogen when you want green leafy growth, and those with more potassium and phosphorus for flowering plants and fruits.
