Hi, bud grafting of roses, isn't the same as micro propagation, this is where a bud from a required rose is grafted onto a stem of a rootstock, usually several buds are grafted at the same time, micro propagation is usually done in a sterile situation, under laboratory conditions, from plant cells, where thousands of young plants can be produced quickly, Derek.
