Hi, I am having some new fencing put in in June, but I need to relocate some of my smaller plants for the time being, however some of them are in bloom, like my small Azaleas, and a rose, should I wait until they have finished or remove them know with plenty of soill so as not to disturb the roots?

You can try moving them with as large a root ball as possible and keep well watered until they have established. Chances are though that you will lose the blooms, still probably better to move now than in June when it is likely to be hotter and drier.

Is the new fence going in front of the existing one? It looks like your neighbour was very messy with that horrid orange stain on the existing fence. You do not want to buy a new fence for them to destroy the look of.
