Hi, I agree with Bamboo, but bear in mind that t&m are in the channel islands, and what might be hardy there, wont necessarily be hardy in the rest of the UK, although they like to tell you it's hardy, some of the plants they say are hardy, are frost hardy at best, and some even frost tender, give them a wide berth, Derek.

Bamboo is right about it not being a climber, not sure of the variety but a friend wanted to grow them against a wall and all that seemed to happen was long floppy branches that were happier prostrate across the ground and were forever having to be tied up.....flowered at the top too so the bottom was bare after those flowers had gone over, your variety may be better...

I haven't grown this one, seems to have been announced to the world last year, and the only information out there is from Thomson and Morgan, the sellers of this plant. They say its hardy - but remember, when growing in pots, fuchsias are vulnerable to frost through their roots, so they're always hardier in the ground.
Also bear in mind that this fuchsia doesn't actually climb - it just gets very tall. As its a T&M, I'd be avoiding it, frankly, too many reports of dodgy plants being supplied by them, but I imagine some people must be happy with the company, having had a good experience with them - we just don't hear from them of course!
