Hi I have a lilac in alarge pot this is its third year and has not flowered

Hi pot about18 in wide 14 in deep havnt pruned it yet as it hasn't grown just a few leaves on. Regards

Lilac is a very large shrubby tree, I doubt it is going to survive in that pot, needs to be in the ground and keep most until it establishes itself - whereupon it will grow to several metres in height.
