I have this plant in my garden and don't know what is growing out of it, should I leave it or cut it out?... Thanks

When mine flowered it attracted a flock of long tailed tits in the winter. Mesmerising. Keep it!

It's a Cordyline with a flower spike growing out of it. The mass of small white flowers are incredibly scented.
