I have 4 peonies in garden, two of which are only 12 months old. I of the two younger ones is coming up with very crinkled leaves. What's wrong? Any help would be great.

the different species have different leaves so it may be down to that or damage from greenfly or a late frost.

Or wind damage. Emerging leaves of most plants are very susceptible to wind burn and damage.
