I have a nest of tiny yellow backed spiders on a bud of an Agapanthus they seem to be contained in a type of net ting should I leave them alone or should I dispose of them.thanks

Leave the spider cocoon and the spiderlings. they will be eating pests once they are big enough. they will soon disperse as Bathgate says.
they are fun to watch. if you disturb them they all run away in different directions and then when the disturbance is over they all cluster back again.

SBG, the opposite happened with some we had - they were spread out over the web but when disturbed they all rushed back to the centre!

I would in fact leave it alone. Spiders disperse very quickly once they hatch. They could also be beneficial somehow to the host plant. It's hard to be specific without pictures nothing in nature is random.
