You've asked about Cedrus deodara - I'm sure you can't mean that, you must mean a cultivar of it, because the basic species you mention gets 165 feet tall, and rather quickly, and is really only suitable for a country estate, so a good half a mile away.So that's the answer to the question you've asked - but I'm not sure its the right question.
