I have a Hydrangea in a plot in-front of my house. I dug it out and thought i'd cleared that space.
The plucky little thing has started to grow back, i like it very much!.
It gets morning and evening sun.
Its not manually watered.
I love the fact that it's beaten the odds.
How do I take excellent care of it, nurture it, and see it thrive?
It is a very special hydrangea to us.
Thank You.

Copious amounts of water, a mulch would help too....they are very thirsty plants....

Well you only need ericaceous plant food if your hydrangea is blue or you want it to be blue. Just feed with a general purpose fertilizer with a balanced NPK (growmore for example). Otherwise, agree with Pamg's answer.
