Hi ppl,, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a small acer growing in a pot & its doing fine but another type of tree is growing from the main stem. Is it possible to remove it without damaging either of them? & if so how do i do it?
Thanks

Sounds like reversion - if the other "tree" is growing up from the base, cut it out there, if its growing out of a stem with the right leaves on it, cut the complete stem containing the rogue leaves off, back to parts which are growing normally.
