hi can anyone tell me what is the problem with my apple tree it is a miniature type and I cannot remember the name of it , the apples I have from it are green and are eaters attached photos, can anyone help please

At least you've got fruit on yours. Mine has nothing except a few dried leaves mingled with the green ones.

From what I can see, it looks like aphids. They target the new growth. You can spray them off with a garden hose.
