I sowed some lupin seeds (Russell hybrids) I soaked the seeds overnight before sowing as instructed, only 3 germinated and they have since died. Where have I gone wrong, they were in a covered seed tray with seed compost.

When did you sow them Sjw? Normally it would be early spring or autumn, if you sowed them recently it was probably too hot for then in the covered seed tray. Remember they are very hardy perennials.
