hi i have a 2yr old wisteria its in a south facing well drained well rotted manure base its well watered but not over watered but it still looks like the same twig with a few pale leaves on it BUT nothing doing im thinking of lifting it but were to im at a loss plz help jon

It sounds as if its not thriving; a photograph might have been useful. If its not in a pot, there may be a problem at the union point of graft and root stock, a not uncommon issue, but this usually happens on older plants. Waterlogging can be a problem, if your soil is heavy clay. If the leaves look faintly mottled, it may have a problem with powdery mildew, which is not easily visible on Wisteria without a magnifying glass or microscope. Also check for the presence of scale infestation - have a read of the information in the link below to see if that helps

Some species of Wisteria do have pale green leaves.
Do you mean that yours is growing in a pot? It would be happier in the ground, if so.
