Could it be a Potentilla cinquefoil gibson's scarlet?

I thought it was a potentilla but I am not sure about those crosses round the inside of the petals.

There was a flower with yellow crosses recently posted but I cannot remember anymore about it?

Looks like a Zinnia to me. I have just posted a pic of mine which is similar.

is it a zinnia? i clearer pic of the leaf would help too.

Thanks - now I have found it - Majeekahead posted a pic of a Zinnia on 12th August 2009 which has the yellow crosses.
