What kind of fertilizer should I use on my Purple Passion Plant? The buds have not been opening, they have been turning brown and falling off. Hope you can help!

That sounds more like a water problem than a fertiliser one, meaning its suffering from insufficient water. Unless there's evidence of infestation or infection, so inspect the plant thoroughly.
