Recently moved to a new location and the Hydrangia's in the garden have no signs of any flowers but look quite healthy, please can you advise

Photograph might be useful, but if they're H. macrophylla, there's no way of knowing if they were hard pruned earlier in the year or late last year - if they were, that would explain the lack of flowers. Other causes would be shortage of water or dryness at the roots, meaning flower initiation didn't take place.
