Erm, it doesn't seem hopeful. I can't see any hint of green anywhere - you can try scraping back a bit of bark near the base to see if its brown and dry inside or still 'green', but to be honest, it looks like an ex-plant (or ex-Box, assuming that's what it was) and should be disposed of.
