hi does anyone know what this is? its about 1ft high and shruby like with little white flowers and tiny black berries.

I believe it is an annual known as Black Nightshade (Solanum nigrum). The berries are poisonous so best remove the plants in case Kiddies try to eat them.

thanks very much, we have a few of them in the garden and a toddler runing round, so i shall be out there removing them today.
