we have just pot down some fine aggregate and wondered if there was anything transparent which we could pour on to stick it together

Intriguing question! If its for ground cover? you surely want it to be porous or you may get pools or even runoff depending on area/use etc?

Short answer is no, there isn't, but I have to say I'm curious as to what the purpose of the aggregate is, and why you'd want to stick it together...
