Thanks to all the suggestions for my problem I'll wait and try that milk and water idea can I also use that on roses? Will try it when it gets dry as at the moment it is pouring cats and dogs and more rain for the whole week ugh ..

Yes - the milk treatment for blackspot is for blackspot, wherever it occurs. But you do need to keep repeating it, probably weekly, to keep the problem at bay.
