Morning All from rain soaked chester (as per normal).
Can anyone give me advice as to what I can use to break clay up on a new family grave.we have a headstone but the clay is unsightly and when I (try) to fork It over Its in large clumps. I just wondered If there might be anything I can add to It to break It up.

Dave.

Gypsum and horticultural grit dug in, left all winter - follow instructions on the box for the gypsum. Usual procedure would be to add lots of humus rich material, like well rotted composts, but not sure that's appropriate for a grave.
P. S. Seem to remember gypsum being sold as "Claybreaker"
