we have a raised one. there is the outer wall of brick, tied in to breeze block inner wall. we then used ols carpet/blankets as an underlay for the butyl liner. that over lapped and was tucked between the inner and outer walls. coping stones then were cemented into place on the bricks. to get the ledges we used clay and moulded what we wanted.
