I transplanted my bop almost 2 year's ago and it stopped blooming it has beautiful leaves and is getting bigger any suggestions

Bird of Paradise? Assuming that you repotted it into a larger pot it is probably putting on roots and foliage because it has the room to grow.
Some plants only flower when they feel the need to set seed and if they are growing happily then they don't need to set seed - as seeds would result in new plants competing for food and water.

Also, if it is now in a different location, it may not be getting enough light to bloom--they usually need a couple of hours of direct sun to bloom well.
