Winter bedding plug plants

I've recently bought some winter bedding plug plants: Wallflower, Forget-me-not and Bellis. I've potted these on into approximately 7 1/2 cm pots containing a mixture of multi-purpose compost and perlite. These are currently in the kitchen (as I'd like a greenhouse but haven't yet got one due to being unsure what type to go for and where I can put it) and I was wondering when they can be planted outside?
I've read online they may benefit from a feed in a couple of weeks but am unsure what type, also that they may need to be potted on again before being large enough to go outside. Can anyone offer some advice please? Many thanks.

harden them off then plant them out. so put them out in the day and put them in a cool garage/shed at night and after a week/10 days plant them out in the ground.

If your beds are done for the season, plant them out as soon as possible. They will have more time to recondition the bed for next season. I always sow directly into the bed so as not to disturb them.
