I have quite a large collection of young fuschias.Which varieties can I use for hanging baskets.

Hmm, well, if the plants are small enough, you can use any of them (although I'm assuming none of yours are species such as F. magellenica, they're not suitable for pots and tubs), the only decision is whether they're trailing or upright and colour matching with other plants, because they'll be in use as purely temporary bedding.
If, though, you're asking which ones you can use now, at this time of year, in hanging baskets, none at all - fuchsias are vulnerable to frost through their roots.
