I don't know if it is a problem.On my chilli cayenne plant I Have plenty of fruit on it ,some of it has reached 3" long .But lately the fruit that is only starting to grow is not green but orange. Is there a problem with the plant. Hope you can help. Many thanks J.J.

Answers
No, peppers start out green, and then turn orange as they start to ripen. The new ones may be ripening prematurely, something that can happen if they are not getting enough water, or not enough nitrogen.

They're just not ripe, that's all, they should change colour as they ripen, usually in sun.
